When I started my professional journey, I believed my calling was to pursue a career as a Mechanical Engineer. I soon learned that each path has a unique purpose; what may seem like the most unconventional road can lead you to discover true joy, fulfillment, and prosperity.
My Engineering experiences unveiled a world of incredible opportunities. I was able to merge my passion for investing in people’s talents with process improvement, and leave a lasting impact on individuals’ career development, while delivering sustainable results. Twenty years later, through an assortment of successful business leadership experiences at various Global 500 companies, I found my true joy in the field of Human Resources.
Born from an innate passion to make a more meaningful impact in others’ lives, I left the corporate world to launch my next professional chapter as an entrepreneur. As a multidisciplinary professional consultant, wife, and mother who blends work and family, I know what it takes to successfully drive for results, without compromising integrity, teamwork, kindness, and empathy.

Having lived in multiple functions, I fully understand diverse challenges and am equipped to offer you my unique perspective and practical, solution-driven approach. I specialize in coaching individuals, leaders, small teams, and executing small-to-medium HR projects.
