Welcome! I’m Raisa, founder and HR consultant behind Find Joy Off The Path, LLC – Human Resources Consulting & Coaching.
Early in my career, I focused on getting clear about what I wanted for my success and joy in life. From Mechanical Engineer to HR leader, my career path has been anything but conventional! My twenty-year journey has led me to work at several Global 500 and private equity companies.
Willing to say, ‘yes’, ‘do it scared’, and ‘take the path less traveled’, I’ve had the honor of leading teams across Engineering, Process Improvement, Project Management, Customer Service, and Human Resources. My versatility offers a level of expertise beyond traditional HR.
I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, and an MBA degree from the University of Wisconsin. I’m an active member and certified by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and a certified DiSC® facilitator.
I’ve been married for 20 years to the love of my life, and we have two awesome kids. I’m a proud Puerto Rican who loves the beach, boating, and paddleboarding.
